YalaLoop ("the app") is developed by MovingLabs. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.

Account

You may optionally create a Melody Matrix account to access additional features. When you register, we collect your email address and name. Account data is stored on our servers and used solely for authentication and account management. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Crash reports

When the app encounters an error, it asks your permission before sending a crash report. If you consent, the report is sent to Sentry, a third-party error tracking service. Crash reports include:

Crash reports do not include your name, email, or the names of your audio files. Audio file names are scrubbed before any data leaves the device. Personal data collection is disabled (sendDefaultPii = false).

Feedback

The app includes an optional feedback form. If you choose to submit feedback, you may provide your name and email address. This information is sent to Sentry along with your message so we can respond to you. Providing your name and email is entirely optional.

Audio files

The app accesses audio files on your device for playback. Audio files are processed locally and are never uploaded to our servers.

Analytics and advertising

The app does not collect analytics, does not track your behavior, and does not display advertisements.

Third-party services

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
